SMART Goals

Measurable

  • Yes, the goal is obtainable and would be able to measure the completion.

Agreed Upon

  • Yes. Since this is a personal project plan so there is no abjection on this.

Realistic

  • Yes, the goal can be accomplished by the well designed training plan.

Time-Framed

  • Yes, there is a reasonable 4 month training plan to achieve this goal.

Project Description

My project topic for this project management course is "Running the enjoyable race - Participating my first half Marathon" I know this is not a big project nor involving any other target audiences but myself. This is something I would like to make it as one of my personal projects to work on.

The main goal is to successfully finish my first half Marathon enjoyably. Through the process, I would also like to achieve other goals such as being discipline physically and following through my plan;  building up my body strength; and also overcoming my fear of sports along the way.

Since I signed up for my first half Marathon in Oct 2014, the duration of this project will be 4-month.

I will come out an action plan and record of the process for this project. Hopefully at the end, this can be an example training plan for others to use if they would like to start their first half Marathon in life.
